Happy Birthday Baby!

Well, I'm a little late in this, but I still want to wish Katie a Happy Birthday! Yesterday was her fourth birthday. I can't believe how big she is. Of course, I think she's big physcially, but also mentally. You can hold a conversation with her and understand what she is saying. She has lots of her own original ideas and I just love it! Her sense of humor is a little strange, but she still makes me laugh all the time. Four-year-old humor is much different than what I would consider humorous. She has a lot of made up words and I have to remind her to use words that I understand, but she finds joy in all things. She is such a loving little girl and is always wanting to share her things with her friends. I hope that she continues to have an open mind about things, but also hope that she doesn't get hurt. She is sensitive to other's emotions and wants to help someone feel happy if they are sad. Her favorite color is still purple. She just now asked me to invite a friend from school to her birthday party next time. This is the first time she has wanted to have someone from school over! I just love my little girl so very much. I hope for her to continue to be such a wonderful girl and person. She is developing into such a beautiful person!

I don't get it

There is a phrase and variations of a phrase that I have been seeing all over the place, especially in the knit blog world. Would someone be so kind as to enlighten me as to the meaning of "I can haz...?" There is always an overuse of the letter z and the grammar is appalling. Am I just being too uptight? Does this bother anyone else? Is it someone's way of being funny? I just don't get it. Please explain.
